GL Account Filtering

The GL (nominal) accounts offered in the Expense GL Account lookup when coding an expense invoice can be restricted per user, using the GL Account Selection Method option:

• Use Specific GL Accounts: Choose individual accounts from the My GL Accounts list. Only these accounts will appear in the lookup.
• Use Wildcard: Restrict the lookup to accounts whose code Starts With, Ends With, or Contains a given piece of text.

If no GL Account Selection Method is configured, all GL Accounts available to your company are shown in the lookup.
