User Groups

User groups are sets of individual users that all can share a common task, a user can be in any number of groups and there is no limit to how many groups can exist. User Groups are used in the within Assignees and Approvals to allow sets of users perform the desired task.

A User Group also determines which Companies its members can access. A user's accessible Companies are the combined set of Companies linked to every group they belong to. A user who isn't in any group has no company access until a Super Admin adds them to one.
